Linda Palmisano — Managing Director / Owner
A lifelong New Orleans resident, Linda brings more than 35 years of real estate experience to Granite Title Agency. Her career began in mortgage lending — first as a loan officer, then as an underwriter for a national corporation — before she joined the firm in 1990. Over the years she became the steady center of the company's operations, working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the region, and building the relationships that define Granite Title Agency today.
A Patrick Dehon, Sr — Attorney
Pat has served as counsel to Granite Title Agency for more than 30 years, helping guide thousands of real estate transactions throughout the Greater New Orleans area. He provides legal oversight and guidance to buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout the closing process. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and is a graduate of De La Salle. He is the father of six children and a proud grandfather.
